The breakfast was acceptable. There was a good selection of food.
The staff was awful. I have never been treated with such a lack of respect. when i arrived for check-in, i was asked to pay for my reservation, even though it had already been fully paid.

i found the check-in process very efficient. the staff was polite and helpful in answering my questions. i liked that there was complimentary coffee available in the lobby throughout the day. breakfast offered a good variety of options, a good way to start the day.
the gym area, while functional, felt a bit small, it limited the number of people who could exercise comfortably at the same time.

I found the breakfast to be quite lovely. It included a wide assortment of options! The room had comfortable beds and pillows. I had restful sleep. The staff was both friendly and helpful. They assisted me with directions. The location near the exhibition center and Leopold Street was convenient.
